Japan 2013 : about kimono and furisode

Nice kimono and pretty Obi photos. In Japan, there is a ceremony for the young when they become 20 years old. Most women wears kimono and take their photos with their kimono. My daughter will be 20 years old next year and she already receives a lot of advertisement from the rental kimono shops. This is a big business opportunities for kimono industries. With one-day rental kimono, rental accesories, hair makeup for kimono and photographing it costs about more than 100 thousand yen. Someone I know spent much more. Many Japanese young women wears kimono on that ceremony day (in January) and on friends wedding parties. It is usually difficult for them to walk in Zouri (tiny special shoes for kimono), especially in the bad weather.
