Sushi, Shrines, Shinkansen, and so much more…in Japan

I love your photos because some of them are quite ‘ordinary’ not just ‘sight-seeing scene’. Among them, I, as one Japanese, think the two old citizens walking is a snapshot of Japan today. Thank you for sharing your nice photos.

Japan surpassed my expectations in so many ways and I had a wonderful time exploring Tokyo and Kyoto for a few days. I would love to go back one day and visit some of the smaller towns, islands, cherry blossom, Fuji-san, and all that it has to offer. Japan is modern yet does an incredible job in preserving their culture, language, and history. Tokyo is a hustling and bustling city with over 30 million people in Greater Tokyo. Kyoto is like stepping back into 1800s as you step inside some of the temples, shrines, and castles. Feel free to leave comments about the pictures and ask any questions since I have narrowed down from hundreds of pictures to just a few.
